Our Mission
Healthcare workers show up for us every single day — through long shifts, short breaks, and everything in between. Behind the Scrubs shows up for them. Each month, we run a themed collection drive to gather and deliver care packages, wellness kits, and essential supplies directly to hospital staff. Because the people who care for us deserve someone caring for them too.

Chris Trinidad
Founder, Executive Director & CEO
Chris is a Jacksonville-based high school student at Bishop Kenny High School and an accomplished researcher and community leader. His AI research projects have earned him back-to-back ISEF International Fair Finalist distinctions and awards, a bronze medal at the Genius Olympiad International Competition, and a Harvard Academies invitation — placing him among a select group of high-achieving students recognized nationally for academic excellence.
Beyond research, Chris is a classically trained pianist and violinist with the Jacksonville Symphony Youth Orchestras, holding ten consecutive Superior ratings from the Florida Federation of Music Clubs. Rooted in Jacksonville and proud of his Filipino-American heritage rooted in a nursing household, Chris founded this initiative out of a belief that every healthcare worker should receive help when needed.
