Our Mission
Healthcare workers show up for us every single day — through long shifts, short breaks, and everything in between. Behind the Scrubs shows up for them. Each month, we run a themed collection drive to gather and deliver care packages, wellness kits, and essential supplies directly to hospital staff. Because the people who care for us deserve someone caring for them too.

Chris Trinidad
Founder, Executive Director & President
Chris Trinidad is a Jacksonville-based high school student at Bishop Kenny High School and an accomplished researcher and community leader. His AI research projects have earned him back-to-back ISEF International Fair Finalist distinctions and awards, a bronze medal at the Genius Olympiad International Competition, and a Harvard Academies invitation — placing him among a select group of high-achieving students recognized nationally for academic excellence.
Beyond research, Chris is a classically trained pianist and violinist with the Jacksonville Symphony Youth Orchestras, holding ten consecutive Superior ratings from the Florida Federation of Music Clubs. Rooted in Jacksonville and proud of his Filipino-American heritage rooted in a nursing household, Chris founded this initiative out of a belief that every healthcare worker should receive help when needed.
Cailidora Norton
Co-Founder, Operations Lead & Vice President
Cailidora “Caili” Norton is a dedicated student at Bishop Kenny High School with a strong interest in politics and community involvement. She values hard work and personal growth and continually seeks opportunities to expand her knowledge and skills. She is committed to building a bright future through education, leadership, and service.
At school, she is an honor student dedicated to her academics and leadership. She is a part of multiple clubs, like Kenny Angels, where she serves others in her community through fun activities.
Rosie Kim
Co-Founder, Outreach Lead & Secretary
Rosie is a hard-working student at Bishop Kenny High School who is passionate about serving her community and helping others. She is motivated and always strives to do her best. Aspiring to be a nurse, she is committed to learning, growing, and making a positive impact in the medical community.
Rosie is actively involved in school clubs, including Kenny Angels, where she enjoys volunteering and giving back. Through service, education, and personal growth, she hopes to inspire others while building a bright future in healthcare.
